The University Librarian Elizabeth Salzer Records consist of correspondence, minutes, and reports of the Library Council, Library Exhibits Committee files, memoranda, meeting minutes, clippings and reports, library budgets, reports, photographs of Orradre Library and its staff, and materials relating to the library grounbreaking event on Wednesday, June 14, 2006.

11 record cartons of alumni obituary files, including Santa Clara University Development Office Major Prospect records and donation ledgers; newspaper clippings, photocopies, or printouts; correspondence between alumni and staff in Alumni relations; Alumni Relations survey results; public records person searches; and Santa Clara University Media releases. Not all alumni obituary files contain all of these types of materials.

Scope and Content of the Collection The Santa Clara University Artifact Collection consists of 573 items spanning a broad range of formats. Each of the series in the collection attests to an important aspect of the university’s history and identity.
