The donor has specified that materials be open to use and quotation by scholars under the supervision of department staff, subject to the following conditions:

1. The materials designated as AASF #17 will be restricted for ten (10) years from the date of the Collection's delivery. Researchers may have access to the files for background/context, but may not directly quote or cite said materials.

2. Other materials designated as "restricted" will have the same restrictions as point 1 cited above.

3. During the lifetime of Archbishop Quinn, all quotations in excess of 100 words, or use and/or reproduction of full text of multiple documents shall only be permitted with the prior written permission of Archibishop Quinn.

4. The disks (sic) will be regularly upgraded to newer media to make sure the collection is accessible to future researchers.
