As specified by the Archbishop in the deed of gift, materials designated as AASF#17 will be restricted until January 30, 2025 (10 years from the date of transfer of the collection to Archives & Special Collections. Researchers may have access to the files for background or context, but may not directly quote or cite said materials. Any other materials designated as "restricted" will have the same restriction as that of AASF#17.

Use Restrictions

During the lifetime of the Archbishop, all quotations in excess of 100 words, or use and/or reproduction of full text of multiple documents shall only be permitted with the prior written permission of the Archbishop.
