Abstract

This collection consists of the papers of Ramon Chacón, an associate professor of Latin American History and Ethnic Studies at Santa Clara University from 1981 until his death in 2017. These papers consist of his writings and publications, class syllabi, correspondence, and copies of Tia Vicenta Magazine.

Martin’s personal and professional life as a Jesuit and a professor of history at Santa Clara University, starting with his graduate education in Mexico and culminating in his death at the age of 91.
