Planning and Projects Department records
Records of building plans includes slides, microfilm and paper blueprints of Santa Clara University buildings.
SCU portrait collection
Includes approximately 1000 black-and-white and color photographs of SCU faculty, staff, students, and others affiliated with the University, such as Trustees, Regents and guest speakers. The collection is an artificial collection comprised of photographs transferred from University departments as well as items donated to or purchased by the Archives.

Program materials for minor sports
Files contain newspaper clippings, media guides, season schedules, score cards, and rosters of players and coaching staff. The media guides are publications used by the local and national media to track the teams; the media guides include season previews, player profiles, photos, statistics, and historical records.
Project 50 slides
Slides, dating from 1988-1995, and videos, dating from 1989-93, of Project 50, Baye Project, Youth Opportunity Project. Videos are amateur footage of Project 50 participants on Santa Clara campus.
