Scope and Content of the Collection
This collection consists of three record cartons containing the papers of Ramon Chacón, an associate professor of Latin American History and Ethnic Studies at Santa Clara University from 1981 until his death in 2017. These papers consist of his writings and publications, syllabi for courses in the History and Ethnic Studies departments, a small amount of correspondence, and copies of Tia Vicenta Magazine 1958-1960.
